    454 Gr/1 lb Split Green Peas, dry, rinsed, sorted
    5 cups water
    7 oz (200 gr) onion, finely diced
    7 oz (200 gr) celery, finely diced
    7 oz (200 gr) carrots, finely diced
    7 oz (200 bgr) turkey leg, smoked
    1 t salt
    1/2 t pepper
    1 bay leaf (remove when to taste)


Combined all in slow cooker. High for 4-6 hrs (or low for 8 hrs)

Serving Size: Makes 9 8-oz (1 cup) servings
