Ultra low-cal Balsamic Green Beans

Introduction

Yummy green beans with a vinegar snap! Yummy green beans with a vinegar snap!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    340 grams Fresh Green Green Beans (About 3 cups--I bought the prepped bag at the grocery store and sliced the beans in half)
    3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    1 tbsp Dried Dill Weed

    1 good spray of PAM cooking spray

Directions

Boil water and blanch green beans until bright green (about 1 minute), then shock in ice water.
Heat a skillet on medium, sprayed with PAM. Add green beans and toss to cook (about 1-2 minutes), then add balsamic vinegar and dill weed.
Cook to desired texture, and serve!

Serving Size: Makes 3 1-cup servings
