Ingredients

    3 cups Splenda
    1 cup vegetable oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp Baking Powder, Baking soda, Cinnamon, and ground cloves
    3 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    2 cups canned pumpkin
    2/3 cup orange juice (or water)
