25 large/jumbo, cleaned Shrimp - cooked or raw
1/4 cup raw, minced Garlic
1 cup minced fresh parsley
2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
3 tbsp extra light olive oil
1 Tbsp salted butter
2. Preheat a pan with the butter on medium. Stir-fry shrimp until pink and slightly browned.
**Serve over whole wheat pasta.
***To make this dish Low Carb, a great completer veggie is preparing green beans in the same mixture and tossing them in with the shrimp.
***Prep and cooking time vary depending on the way the shrimp is purchased - cooked or raw, deveined and shelled, or not, etc.
