Excessive Garlic On Shrimp

Introduction

We all love the smell of garlic breath in the morning, right? We all love the smell of garlic breath in the morning, right?
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    25 large/jumbo, cleaned Shrimp - cooked or raw
    1/4 cup raw, minced Garlic
    1 cup minced fresh parsley
    2 tsp Paprika
    1/4 tsp sea salt
    1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
    3 tbsp extra light olive oil
    1 Tbsp salted butter

Directions

1. Mix the oil and the herbs/spices together and marinate the shrimp for around 1 hour.

2. Preheat a pan with the butter on medium. Stir-fry shrimp until pink and slightly browned.

**Serve over whole wheat pasta.

***To make this dish Low Carb, a great completer veggie is preparing green beans in the same mixture and tossing them in with the shrimp.

***Prep and cooking time vary depending on the way the shrimp is purchased - cooked or raw, deveined and shelled, or not, etc.
