Simple Rotisserie Chicken

Introduction

I use a Set-it and Forget-it, this can easily be done in an oven. I used to really dress it up with butter, garlic and onions stuffed under skin, but it's a diet so just use your imagination! Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Whole Chicken 2.5 lbs
    Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp
    Chili Powder, 2 Tbsp

Directions

Remove innards from bird and coat with the oil. Cover the entire bird with chili powder. Tie down legs and wings as needed. Set Rotisserie for 1 1/2 hours.*

*Cooking time depends on size of bird.

Serving Size: makes 5-6 4oz servings
