Glazed Pork Roast

Ingredients

    NOTE: Chinese Five Spice Powder could not be found to add. 2 Lb. boneless pork loin roast, 1/2 Tsp. salt, 1/2 Tsp. garlic powder, 1/4 Tsp. pepper, 1 Can 6 oz. pineapple juice, 1/2 Tsp. Chinese Five-spice powder, 1/4 Cup hoisin sauce.

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Place pork in roasting pan. In small bowl, combine salt, garlic powder and pepper, rub over pork. Roast until meat thermometer inserted into thickest part registers 160. It takes about an hour. Meanwhile in small pot combine juice and 5 spice over medium-high heat. Bring to boil. Cook until mixture is reduced to about 1/4 cup (around 10 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in hoisin sauce. Brush pork with juice mixture 3-4 times during last 20 mins. of cooking. Let pork stand 10 minutes before slicing.
