Ingredients

    1 package cole slaw mix
    1 lb lean ground beef
    2 c tomato sauce
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp splenda brown sugar

Directions

Saute beef until cooked through. Dump rest of ingredients in pan. Add a little water if needed. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes or until cole slaw has softened a little.
