This Smoothie is sweet and sensual. It is a rich and healthy dessert smoothie. Try leaving out two of the ice cubes and serving it as you would ice cream! This Smoothie is sweet and sensual. Ingredients

    1 frozen medium sized banana
    1/3 cup roasted macadamia nuts
    2 Medjool dates, pitted
    1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    4 standard ice cubes
    1 tsp honey
    pinch of ground nutmeg

* Blend on high until smooth, pulsing when necessary to liquify.
