This is the rice from the Polynesian Chicken and Rice recipe. I had rice left after I made a big batch of it and no way to put it down in calories. So here's just the rice. Rice Bowl Instant Long Grain Enriched White Rice, 0.50 cup
Dole Pineapple Tidbits in 100 percent Pineapple Juice, 4 oz
*italian dressing, wish bone fat free, 4 tbsp (remove)
