* *Potato, raw, 6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
* Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
* Hidden Valley Ranch Mix, dry, 28 gram(s)
Place potatoes in a 1 gal. zip lock bag, adding oil and a packet of ranch dressing mix. Shake well to coat. Arrange on a foil lined baking sheet.
In an oven (pre-heated to 450 degrees F) bake for about 35 minutes. Turn the wedges about half-way thru the cooking process
