Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients

    For the dressing:

    Mix mayo with vinegar, splenda, and poppy seeds. Adjust splenda to personal taste. Dilute with water to get consistency desire.

    For the Salad:

    Mix Broccoli, cauliflower, red peppers and onions (I prefer red oniond or green onions). Add the dressing and shake well. Chill for about an hour before serving. Makes enough for 1 or 2 people.
