Ingredients

    VIP Mandarin Style Stir Fry
    1 tbls olive oil or some sort of vegetable oil
    1 tsp garlic
    .5 tsp ginger root or powder
    1 tbsp Kikoman Lite Soy Sauce
    .5 oz Peanuts

Directions

Heat oil, add garlic, ginger, and soy sauce. Once oil is hot add vegetables and peanuts. Continously stir on high heat for 5-8 min until vegetables are tender.
