Black Bean Hummus

Ingredients

    1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 cup garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed
    2 Tbsp lemon juice
    2 Tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
    2 Tbsp water
    1.25 tsp curry powder
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/2 Tbsp olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, smashed and toasted]
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Place black beans, garbanzo beans, olive oil, lemon juice, yogurt, water, and garlic into the bowl of a blender. Season with curry powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cover and puree until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
