Roasted Cauiflower

Ingredients

    Head of Cauliflower small
    1Tbsp olive oil
    Salt & Pepper
    1 tsp Red pepper flakes

Directions

One head of cauliflower broken up into small florets....place in bowl and toss with one tbsp olive oil, salt, freshly ground pepper and about a tsp. of hot pepper flakes.......place in a single layer in baking dish or pan and roast at 400 30 to 40 minutes until lightly browned
