Chicken and vegitable Korma

Ingredients

    1lb cut up chicken breasts
    1 small can green chllies
    1 large onion (chopped)
    1/2 cup carrots (chopped)
    2 small potatoes (chopped)
    4 cloves garlic
    1/4 tsp. Tumeric
    1/2 tsp. Ground Cardamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cumin
    1.5 cups yogurt
    1 cup sour cream
    3 cups water

Directions

mix onion and green chillies in food processor to make a paste. Heat oil in skillet, add chopped chicken and brown slightly. Boil water and cook potatoes and carrots until tender. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in skillet, add puree and heat for 2 minutes. Add garlic and cardamon. Add remaining spices. Add chicken, potatoes, carrots, green beans and chopped squash. Add water and simmer for 10--15 minutes. Add yogurt and sour cream and continue to simmer for another 10 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 6--1 cup servings
