Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces (remove)
    98% ff cream of chicken soup, 1.25 cup (remove)
    *Broth (Swansons) Chicken 33% Less Sodium 8oz=240mL, 49 oz (remove)
    *BIRDS EYE Steamfresh Fresh Frozen Vegetables - Asparagus, Gold & White Corn, Baby Carrots, 4 cup (remove)
    *Wyler's Sodium Free Chicken Flavor Boullion Powder, 10 tsp (remove)
    *4" STICK OF CELERY, .5 serving (remove)
    *Kroger Wheat Whole Grain Wide Egg Noodles, 2 cup (remove)

Directions

in a crock pot add Chicken, broth, cream of chicken soup, choice of seasonings and cook on high for 4hr or 8hrs on low. then add all remaining ingredients and continue to cook for another hour on high or 2 on low... flavor to your liking.
