turkey and beans

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 cup chopped turkey - dark
    1 cup frozen green beans
    1/3 cup brown rice
    1 cup water
    1/2 cup onion chopped
    2 tsp garlic
    curry powder to taste
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

toss all ingredients in saute pan, bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat, allow to simmer until water is absorbed and rice is cooked.
Makes about 3 1 cup servings
