1/2 cup hard margarine, softened 1 cup sugar 2 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1 can of crushed pineapple, drained 1/3 cup cocoa 1 cup all purpose flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Cream margarine and sugar together in medium bowl. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then add the vanilla, and mix. Add crushed pineapple, and continue mixing. Mix in cocoa, flour, salt, and walnuts. Turn into a greased pan (square or rectangle work best, small if you want them taller, bigger if you want them thinner). Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes. Toothpick test should come out moist but with no batter clinging to it. Cut into 18 brownies. Enjoy!
