Low Carb Lemon Ricotta Cheesecake

Ingredients

    * *Ricotta cheese, fat-free, 15 oz
    * Ricotta Cheese, whole milk, 15 OZ
    * Granulated Sugar, 0.5 cup
    * Kraft Jell-o Brand Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Dessert Lemon
    * Egg, fresh, 4 large

Directions

Mix all ingredients including Jell-o dissolved in 1/4 cup of hot water until smooth. You may add 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Essence and Lemon zest for added flavor. Add mixture to a baking dish that looks good enough to be a serving dish. Place dish inside a deep baking dish. Add boiling water to 1/2 way. Bake at 350F for 60 min. or until "done". Let it cool and refrigerate. Spoon it out into desert plates. Serve with fresh strawberries and blue berries. Enjoy.
