Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces (remove)
    Pasta, cooked, 2 oz (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 plum tomato (remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz) (remove)
    *Snow Peas, fresh, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp

Directions

Cut chicken breast in small bite-sized pieces. Brown in non-stick skillet. Add chopped garlic Cook pasta, Drain and put back in pot. Add 1 T. Olive oil, chicken and spinach, and toss to coat. Put in serving plate or bowl, add cut up tomato and top with parmesan cheese..
