Ingredients

    Kale fresh 1 lb
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Curry powder, 0.5 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 0.5 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 0.5 tsp
    Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp
    Water, tap, 4 cups
    Agave nectar, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1 dash

Directions

Wash & drain kale. Shred kale & put in pot. Add ingredients & cook for 1 hr. Serve
