High protein, low fat pancakes High protein, low fat pancakes
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    whole wheat flour
    baking soda
    cottage cheese
    So Delicious Coconut milk or creamer
    eggs honey
    almonds (optional)
    Blueberries (optional - can use other fruits, bananas, etc.)

Tips

Add blueberries last and fold in gently.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together
Serving Size: Makes 10 6" pancakes
5 servings of two pancakes each
