Introduction

This is a hearty chili that is quick and easy. The number of servings is dependent on how you eat it. We like to put the chili over a baked potato, noodles or rice. Ingredients

    2 lbs ground turkey
    1.5 lbs smoked spiral ham slices and pieces
    1 28 oz can Del Monte diced tomatoes
    1 15 oz can Ro-Tel Original
    2 15 oz cans Bush's Black Beans
    1 15 oz can Bush's Dark Red Kidney Beans
    1 whole green pepper - coarsely chopped
    1/2 large yellow onion - coarsely sliced (vertical, not in rings)
    8 sliced mushrooms
    olive oil spray

Directions

Spray @ 5 seconds of olive oil and saute onion and green pepper.
Add ground turkey and ham and cook until turkey just turns from pink
Add remaining ingredients and cook for @ 30 minutes

Serving Size: 12 - @ 1 heavy cup size
