Wanda's BLT Salad

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 pound bacon, cooked, drained & crumbled
    3/4 cup light mayonnaise
    1/4 cup 1% milk
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
    salt to taste
    2 cups Romaine lettuce
    2 large tomatoes, chopped
    2 cups seasoned croutons

Directions

Cook bacon, drain, crumble & set aside.

Combine next five ingredients until well blended.

Combine bacon, lettuce, tomatoes & croutons in a large salad bowl. Toss with dressing & serve immediately.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings
