Introduction

Ingredients

    2 pounds lean ground beef
    1/2 yellow onion, chopped
    28 oz. can diced tomatoes
    2 packets chili seasoning
    2 15-oz cans kidney beans
    4 oz. can green chiles
    1 cup frozen corn

Directions

Brown beef and onions in a large pot. Add tomatoes, chiles, corn, kidney beans, and chili seasoning. Bring to a boil. Simmer 15 minutes.
