Ingredients
-
Pork Tenderloin, 1 piece
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Garlic, 4 tsp
Onion powder, 1 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 dash
Lemon Juice, .01 fl oz
Onions, raw, .25 medium (2-1/2" dia)
White Rice, long grain, 2 cup
Scrambled Egg, 3 large
Baby Peppers (Red & Orange) 3 peppers per serving, 2 serving
Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
Cumin seed, 1 tsp
Directions
Prepare crock pot with non-stick spray, place pork in bottom. Sprinkle with pepper, onion powder, cumin and lay the onion pieces around and atop the pork (each layer of the onion should come apart and just use these like leaves and do a bit of artistic placement to allow the flavor access to various parts of the pot) before adding your garlic (minced) on top of the pork & onion. Dribble your lemon juice over it all then add the water to the bottom. Cover and set on Low.
Boil rice and then place in refrigerator/freezer depending on how much time you have. Scramble your eggs, add diced peppers followed by broken up chunks of the rice and then the soy sauce. Fry the rice mixture until it's all heated thru.
