Low fat chocolate ice cream

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    4 teaspoons unsweetend baking soda
    5 packets stevia
    1/2 cup fat free half and half
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Combine cocoa and stevia and stir to mix. Add a small amount of half and half and mix well. Add remaining half and half and vanilla. Stir until well mixed. Put in refrigerator to cool. Place in counter top ice cream maker and let churn until turns to soft serve.
