Introduction

Ingredients

    mixed salad greens
    mixed herbs
    lemon juice
    olive or avocado oil
    tomoato
    (can substitute grated beetroot or carrot for moisture)

Directions

Wash ingredients, spin dry in a salad spinner. Chop tomato and herbs, tear up lettuces, toss, dress, all done!
