1 cups grated carrots
2 cups grated cabbage
3 tbsp grated/diced green peppers (bell peppers)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1tsp chinese five spice powder
8 sheets filo pastry
Cut filo sheets in 4
Using 2 quarter sheets of filo, fill with 2 tbsp of stir fried vegetables and roll up, folding sides in to form spring roll.
Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam/Spray & Cook and spray Pam/Spray & Cook over spring rolls before placing in oven
Bake at 375F/180C for 20 minutes
