IntroductionThis dip is perfect! Cool refreshing and would go great with veggies, pitas, pretzels, on top of a baked potato or even on a sandwich! This dip is perfect! Cool refreshing and would go great with veggies, pitas, pretzels, on top of a baked potato or even on a sandwich!
1 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt (mine is 0% Trader Joes)
2 tbsp freshly chopped chives
1/4 cup freshly chopped flat or curly parsley
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
Pepper and Salt to taste
Scrape it into a small serving bowl, and either use immediately or refrigerate for a few hours. (Chilling it for a while will allow the dip to thicken up a little bit).
Calculation is for 8 - 2 Tablespoons or you can eat the whole thing for 130 calories!
Serving Size: 2 Tbsp. or one massive cup!
