1 cup of teared up fresh spinach leaves
1/2 a cup of greek yogurt or a little more for creaminess
1 whole banana
about a cup of cut up fresh pineapple chuncks
1/2 cup of ice
I listed this as a snack but it is comparable to the 100's of other green monster type drinks and smoothie recipes out there, so it's good for breakfast or just a good way to get in some servings of veggies and fruits, you can always add extras too.
