IntroductionLow Sodium, High Protein Low Sodium, High Protein
4 oz skinless, boneless chicken breast
1/4 tsp each rosemary and basil
a few dashes black pepper
1/2 tsp sesame seed
Place chicken in dish. Sprinkle with herbs. Broil 5 minutes on each side, then reduce heat to 350 - bake about 10 - 15 minutes until no longer pink inside.
