Black Bean Chicken Verde

Introduction

Slow Cooker on a hot day = Chicken, black bean, corn, potatoes and Salsa Verde concoction. Slow Cooker on a hot day = Chicken, black bean, corn, potatoes and Salsa Verde concoction.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 small pieces
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (drained)
    Beans, black, 1 can (drained)
    Potato, raw, 6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    La Victoria Thick'n Chunky Salsa Verde Medium, 2 jars

Directions

Spray crock with non-stick spray. Place chicken pieces on bottom. Pour over chicken one jar of the Salsa Verde. Wash/scrub the potatoes then cube. Toss potato cubes in to the pot. Drain both the corn and the black beans and pour into the pot. Last addition is the second jar of Salsa Verde. Cover and set on High.
