Green Pepper Casserole

Ingredients

    Chili Beans, 1.5 cup
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Velveeta Light Cheese Product, 2 oz
    Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    Diced Tomatoes Rotel green chilies .5 cup, 0.5 cup
    Veggie Burger, 1/2 c. dry

    Cheddar Cheese, Cabot 75% FF, 2 oz SHREDDED

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 400'

Mix all ingredients but Shredded Cheddar.

Top with Shredded Cheddar

Bake 450' for 20 minutes until bubbly.
