1 3/4 pounds ground venison
1 c chopped onions
3 T salt
3 T garlic powder
3 T onion powder
1/4 c (to taste) hot pepper sauce
1-28oz can crushed tomatoes
4 1/2 c water
2 cans kidney beans
1 cup corn
6 t (to taste) chili powder
Once cooked, add crushed tomatoes and water and simmer for approximately 20 minutes.
Add beans, corn & chili powder and continue to simmer for an additional 20 minutes (or so).
Makes approximately 7 - 12oz servings.
