Stuffed Bell Pepper Wraps

Introduction

I always have left over bell pepper stuffing so this is what I do with the tops of the bell peppers and the left overs. I always have left over bell pepper stuffing so this is what I do with the tops of the bell peppers and the left overs.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    3/4 Pounds Ground Turkey
    1/2 6 Ounce Can Tomato paste
    1/4 Cup chopped onions
    1/4 cup brown rice
    2 Flax Oat Bran Whole Wheat Lavish Bread Wraps
    1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
    1/4 cup sliced cucumber

Directions

Brown the ground turkey with the onion
Drain
Add the tomato paste and brown rice and heat through
Divided mixture in 2 and place each portion on a wrap.
Sprinkle with bell peppers and cucumber.
roll and enjoy.

Serving Size: Makes 2 Wraps
