Introduction

You get THREE servings of freggies in this drink and it tastes AMAZING! My favorite smoothie EVER! You get THREE servings of freggies in this drink and it tastes AMAZING! My favorite smoothie EVER!

Ingredients

    1 cup of spinach

    1/2 cup of milk of your choice (skim, soy, almond, rice)

    1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen, if you use fresh add some chopped ice to give the shake texture)

    1 banana (I like to put mine in the freezer (unpeeled) and then I don't need to add ice as I usually use fresh blueberries

    1 tablespoon almond butter (or peanut butter)

    Per serv: 291 cals, 13g fat, 6g fiber, 8g protein
