Fruit Smoothies

Submitted by: RUTHAJ1

Introduction

These are a delicious guilt free treat. Make it a part of breakfast or a cool pick me up on a summer day. Easy to add in a little fiber or protein powder too. Also using O % Greek yogurt will increase the protein. These are a delicious guilt free treat. Make it a part of breakfast or a cool pick me up on a summer day. • Instead of frozen strawberries I used fresh but frozen yogurt very nice, refreshing for a hot day, I also added ground flaxseed for a boost of vitamins - 6/9/13
