Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 450 grams Red Ripe Tomatoes, 0.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
Cut the onions, into small pieces. In a large cooking pot, add the onion , the frozen vegetables, 3 cups of water, the rice and 1/2 tomato cubed. Add seasoning and toss in the oven for 30 min. Check and cook more if needed. Serving Size: makes 4 large bowls.
