    1.3 lbs lean turkey meat
    1 yellow onion, chopped
    1/4 fresh parsley chopped
    3 garlic cloves
    1 tsp fresh oregano chopped
    2 egs
    1 cup dried Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper
    Olive Oil (for cooking)


1. Whisk eggs in a large bowl
2. Mix all ingredients in except olive oil
3. Mold into 2 oz balls
4. Cook in skillet, rotating until evenly cooked

Serving Size: 2 meatballs
