Ingredients

    3 plantains ripe or green, taste will be different but both are good, cut in finger shape wedges.
    2 tbs olive oil
    1-1/2 cups peas
    2 cups canned or fresh tomatoes cut.
    Salt
    Garam massala

Directions

Sautee the plantain in oil.
Add the peas, tomatoes, massala and salt.
Add water to cover.
Simmer til cooked.
