3 pounds chopped mixed meats (lamb, veal, beef, pork)
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
3 cloves garlic
3 Tablespoons cilantro or Italian parsley
6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
salt to taste
In large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients. Place meat into oiled loaf pan and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
