2 cups flour 1 /4 cup egg beaters (1 container) 1 1/4 cup Splenda 1/2 cup Splenda brown 1 cup Crisco shortening, low fat 1/4 Oatmeal (minute) 15 crushed sugar free hershey's chocolate candy
Preheat oven to 350. Blend Splenda, egg beaters, Splenda brown, and shortening together. Add oats and flour. Blend well. Crush or break chocolate into chip size pieces. Add to mixture. Use cookie scoop or pinch quarter size portions onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until brown or about 8 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen. For you to have as snack food, divide into 10 portions and put in freezer bags and freeze extras until ready to use. Unthaw and follow above directions. You will have about 6 cookies at a time and eat one or two a day or share with a friend. It is roughly 67 calories per cookie. I didn't have the low fat Crisco to calculate and it wasn't in program.
