Ingredients

    1/4 cup flax seed meal
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp Splenda
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp butter (melted)
    1 large egg

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in Coffe cup. Add egg & butter. Microwave for 1:10.

Dump out of cup. Can be toasted or split and add butter or other topping (not included in nutrition info).
