Low Carb Tuna Patties

Ingredients

    1 12oz can chunk light tuna
    2 large eggs
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (2oz)
    1/4 cup flax meal
    2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp Old Bay seasoning

Directions

Drain tuna well

Mix all ingredients EXCEPT oil in a bowl
Chill for 30 minutes

Heat oil in non-stick pan on medium heat. Once pan is hot, spoon the mixture into the pan in six ball and flatten.

Cook 4 minutes until golden brown and gently flip. Cook 4 more minutes until golden brown.

Serving Size: Make 6 3 inch patties
