Ingredients

    * Chicken Breast, no skin, meat only, 400 grams (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.5 cup (remove)
    * Wheat bran, crude, 0.75 cup (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    * Chicken Thigh (no skin, meat only), 600 grams (remove)
    * salt & pepper & chicken seasoning
    * bbq sauce 1 tbsp

Directions

mince the onions + peppers in a blender till smooth & squeeze the mixture throwing away any liquid then add the remainder to the ground chicken. then add the eggs, salt, pepper, seasoning & bran & mix thoroughly. then shape into thin wide patties & freeze till u need 2 use them.

they cook faster when they're thin & wide:) i got 16 patties out of this recipe :)
