Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can tomatoes
1 can pinto beans
1 onion, chopped
1 egg
1 tsp Goya adobo seasoning
Directions
Saute the onions, beef, beans, and adobo in a pan. Mix together well until the beef is browned. Put in a pie pan. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
In a separate bowl, mix egg with corn muffin mix until smooth. Pour batter over meat. Bake at 350 for 15 min or until corn batter is golden brown.
