Ingredients

1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1/3 cup berry medley (raspberries, blackberries and blueberries)
1/2 cup peaches, packed in natural juices
about 1/3 cup 1% milk (or skim milk) to thin as much as you like
1/2 pack stevia
Directions
Blend ingredients in blender or food processor. Enjoy!
