Introduction

Due to gastroparesis some days I need a smoothie to start my day, and here's one of my favorites. Due to gastroparesis some days I need a smoothie to start my day, and here's one of my favorites.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
    1/3 cup berry medley (raspberries, blackberries and blueberries)
    1/2 cup peaches, packed in natural juices
    about 1/3 cup 1% milk (or skim milk) to thin as much as you like
    1/2 pack stevia

Directions

Blend ingredients in blender or food processor. Enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes about 8 oz. smoothie
