Whole Wheat pancakes

Introduction

Hearty and filling. Hearty and filling.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 C Aunt Jemima Whole Wheat Blend
    2 C skim milk
    1/2 c egg substitute
    1/2 t splenda
    1/2 t vanilla
    1 t cinnamon
    1 T olive oil
    1/4 c applesauce

Directions

Mix all ingredients together until large lumps are gone. Do not over mix. Let stand for 4 minutes. Heat skillet on medium heat. Lightly spray with cooking spray. Use 1/4 measure to make 18 pancakes. Makes 6 servings, 3 pancakes each.
