1 can Reduced Sodium Beans
1 cup salsa (I like fruit salsa with this)
1 avocado, cut into slices
Dish into 4 servings and top each with 1/4 cup salsa and avocado slices.
This is a GREAT make-ahead lunch item that keeps you full for hours!
